Job Description: Sales Associate Part-time
The Sales Associate enthusiastically assists all customers, while effectively helping the store reach its sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
• Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
•Demonstrate strong product knowledge to help customers select footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Sales & Transactions
•Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and recommending products.
•Accurately process transactions, including cash handling and credit card operations.

Store Operations
•Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
•Maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing store environment.
•Support backroom organization and adhere to all store procedures.

Requirements
• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Interest in sales with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliable, personable, and motivated to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 lbs.
