The 5th Annual New Directions EmpowHER Event, themed " Vogue Presence: Where Your Voice Leads, Change Follows," is to honor International Women’s Day by celebrating, uplifting, and amplifying the voices of women and girls in Knox County. This vibrant, community-centered event creates intentional space for connection, inspiration, and growth—centering women as leaders, storytellers, and changemakers who shape our families, workplaces, and communities.
Vogue Presence supports that being seen, heard, and valued is essential to empowerment. Through confidence, self-expression, and authenticity, women are encouraged to take up space, claim their voice, and lead with purpose. The event celebrates leadership on one’s own terms—recognizing that power is not defined by position or title, but by how women show up, speak out, and act with intention.
By highlighting women-owned small businesses, featuring an empowering guest speaker, and honoring remarkable community members through awards such as Grit and Grace, Heart Award, Vision Builder, Raising the Bar, and EmpowHER, the event moves empowerment from belief to behavior. It recognizes both visible leadership and the quiet, consistent impact women make every day.

- Note your payment option of Venmo, PayPal or Invoice
New Directions will confirm your Table and/or Tickets.
Confirmation emails will be sent in the order in which emails are received (via date and timestamp) to request the table and/or tickets.
In the Confirmation Email New Directions will send a payment information based off of the payment option you choose.
