Knox County Dental Announces Monthly Walk-In Emergency Dental Clinic Have a toothache or dental pain? Knox County Dental is offering the Walk-In Emergency Dental Clinic every second Thursday of each month in 2026, beginning September 10th. Check-in hours will be 8:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. The one-day walk-in clinic is for emergency dental patients only. Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
