Get Your Heart Checked at KCH

January 8, 2026 – Mount Vernon, OH – In recognition of American Heart Month, Knox Community Hospital is offering Heart Checks during the month of February to encourage early detection and prevention of heart disease in the community.

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in both Knox County and the U.S. Heart checks at KCH provide individuals with important information about their heart health, including lipid panels, glucose checks, blood pressure, and body mass index screening.
Knox Community Hospital is scheduling 20-minute Heart Checks for $20 on Saturday, February 14, and February 28, from 7:30 AM until 12:00 PM in the Cardiac Rehab Unit on the 4th floor of the Wright Family Medical Pavilion.

Heart Checks are available to those aged 18 and older. Payment methods are cash or check ONLY.
