Compensation: $38,000 base salary + performance bonuses (up to $52,000 total annual compensation)

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and questions
  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
  • Help prospective customers understand the value of our clean, secure storage facility
  • Answer phones, emails, and office communications
  • Manage billing, paperwork, scheduling, and office organization
  • Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail
  • Assist with bookkeeping and data entry using QuickBooks (training available)
  • Inspect vacant units and prepare them for new customers
  • Light cleaning of storage units after customer move-outs
  • Perform occasional property walk-throughs to help maintain appearance and quality standards
  • Support daily business operations with professionalism and ownership mindset

Preferred Experience
  • Customer service
  • Administrative or office experience
  • Reception / front desk
  • Billing or bookkeeping
  • Property management or facility experience is a plus
  • QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Incentives
  • $38,000 guaranteed base salary
  • Performance bonuses based on results, customer service, and company growth
  • Top performers can earn up to $52,000 total annually
