Part-Time High School Clinical Treatment Therapist

Start Date: August, 2026
Reports To: High School Principal
Salary: $39.40 to $50.89 an hour (Based on experience and education)
Work Week/Year: Part-time up to 29.5 hours a week

DESCRIPTION: The school-based therapist's job duties will include, but are not limited to providing clinical mental health treatment and support services to adolescents, families, and staff in a school setting; assess student behavioral and emotional strengths and challenges to make knowledgeable recommendations and/or design appropriate service plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Ohio State Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and/or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), and/or *Master's degree from an accredited college or university in clinical social work, clinical psychology, or clinical counseling, or closely related behavioral science field Must complete BCI/FBI and drug test A proven genuine interest in high school-level students * Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well with students, staff, parents, and the community * Teamwork approach to education School experience preferred
