The Freedom Center Earns Three-Year CARF Accreditation  Mount Vernon, Ohio – January 2, 2026 – CARF International announced that Alcohol and Drug Freedom Center of Knox County has been accredited for a period of three years for its Case Management/Services Coordination, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Outpatient Treatment and Prevention programs.
