In this hands on class you'll learn how to choose and use essential oils for everyday health issues such as anxiety, colds, congestion, digestive upset, fever, headaches, minor injuries and sore throat while eliminating toxic products from both your medicine and cleaning cabinets. You will leave the class feeling empowered to begin your journey of reclaiming responsibility for your health using Young Living Essential Oils and simple lifestyle changes.
