BFEC: Brilliant Bryophytes

Spend the afternoon as a bryologist. Get up close and personal with the wonderful world of mosses. Learn all about these ancient plants, why they are so incredible, and what we can learn from them. We will use hand loupes to examine different mosses around the BFEC, and learn about some common Ohio mosses. After a hike, we will spend time working on a creative project . This program will run rain or shine; dress for the weather. Meet at the BFEC Picnic Shelter.
