Be a Parent, Not a Friend

Join Knox Substance Abuse Action Team for the premier of "Be a Parent, Not a Friend" a vidoe production of the Teen Advisory Council(TAC).  Members of TAC identified alcohol as the problem of practice among their peers.  With this knowledge, they created characters, wrote a script, and produced a PSA for parents.
