Yoga in the Garden (Vinyasa with Jamee)
Take a break in the middle of your day with a gentle, flowing yoga practice. This class links movement with breath, helping you reset and recharge before heading back to the rest of your day. Bring your kids, grandkids, friends, etc. Open to all ages. Bring your own mat or use ours. Free! Meet in the BFEC garden (behind the white house...in case of inclement weather, meet at the resource center) No class on October 5
