Yoga in the Garden: Hatha with Mandy
Ease into your evening with a slower, more grounded yoga practice, every Wednesday from May 13 to Sept. 2. This class focuses on simple poses, longer holds and time to settle into your body.
Free and open to all ages; bring your kids, grandkids, friends, etc. Bring your own mat or use ours. Meet in the BFEC garden (behind the white house).
