Weight Management Support Group
Fitness Basics is the topic for this session. Weight Management Support Group classes are held on the last Thursday of the month at the Knox Medical Center Education Resource Room, located in the first building on the left when entering the Knox Community Hospital parking lot. These classes are open to anyone in the community and free of charge.
