Android Code Camp July 13-17 1pm- 4pm in the SPI programming space 225 S. Main St., Mount Vernon, OH For for Middle and High School students.
Want to make your phone awesome? In this camp, middle and high school students learn to bend Android phones to their will, writing code to make them do whatever project the students are interested in. Applications include text to speech, accelerometers and GPS response to phone motion, game code writing, and robot control. No coding experience is necessary. Advanced students will be challenged with advanced robotics projects.
Cost to attend; student brings own Android phone or tablet $70
Cost to attend; student is provided Android phone to take home $95
$10 Discount for yearly SPI Spot Members
Need based scholarships available.
