South River Winemaker Dinner
We've got a special event coming up and we want you to be part of it. Please join us on November 19, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. We'll be welcoming South River Winery for an intimate Winemaker dinner. Tom and Laura Noonen Vino Where You Live South River Winemaker Dinner 6:30 pm $28.99 per person Course 1 - Exodus Tosted Ricotta and Rosemary Brushetta with Bing Cherry Compote Course 2 - Trinity Jumbo Portabello Cap stuffed with ground lamb, fresh spinach, feta, Kalamata olives and Mediterranean spices Course 3 - Karma or Cab Franc (guest choice) Roasted Pork Loin with fig reduction (port, rosemary and dried cherries), served with mashed potatoes. Accompanied with small greens salad and light herb vinaigrette Course 4 - White Semillon Rustic Pear Tart with wine reduction drizzle Reservations are required and limited. They will be shown on our website. If you have have a favorite that is not paired for the dinner but would like to order the link above will feature those as well.
