Join Kenyon Associate Professor of Biology Dr. Natalie Wright for an inside look at the science of bird flight. Learn how birds fly, how researchers study flight, and what current research is revealing about subtle anatomical differences that affect how birds move. The program includes a short talk followed by live observation using high-speed video to study birds visiting the BFEC feeders and discuss what scientists look for when studying flight. Ideal for anyone curious about birds, biomechanics, and hands-on, field-based research. Meet in the Resource Center.
