DESCRIPTION:The Mount Vernon Police Department is sponsoring a ''Drug Take Back day'' on Saturday\, October 26 from 10am-2pm at the Knox county Health Department. Please share this information  with clients\, friends and families. All pills should be dumped into a baggie for disposal that day. \n\nA reminder that if a person is unable to dispose of medications on October 26th there is a 24/7 drug drop box available all year long located in the lobby of the Mount Vernon Police Department and the Knox Co. Sheriff's office. No liquids\, syringes or inhalers at either drop off.
